Two things - Whitefeather is the surname of the Royal Griffon family - therefore your character cannot be named Whitefeather I'm afraid.
As for the albinism, I have no problem with it, but as albinos have no pigmentations in their body it's impossible for your character to have blue eyes. He can just be a white eagle/cat hybrid so long as the coloration fits both species, but not an albino.

Only ocular albinism results in the pale blue eyes, not full albinism. Either way, your character would have to also suffer from poor eye-sight due to photosensitivity, which will be included as a negative modifier in rolls dealing with spot checks/vision/etc... And yes, you can't be a Whitefeather. Also, royals are almost exclusively the lion-eagle hybrids, can't be the lynx-eagle and be royalty (baring certain exceptions). Also, it would help to clarify what type of eagle/lynx the character is. Certain cross-species would be better at certain things than others. Example: Harpy Eagle-Lion would be extremely large and powerful, quite an unstoppable force physically, however they'd be slower and bulky, making them poor quick fliers and not very stealthy. Inversely, a Peregrine-cheetah hybrid would be insanely agile and fast in short to medium bursts both in the air and on the ground, they just wouldn't be able to take the punishment larger griffons could.

Thank you guys. I'll fix these right away.

Another question, little confused as to the "walking stick"? Trying to imagine a griffon using a walking stick - or are you suggesting it's more like a shillelagh-weapon, and just used for defense/offense? Imagining a griffon walking upright constantly using a walking stick... very odd.

Imagining a griffon walking upright constantly using a walking stick... very odd. 'Tis pretty much just a quarterstaff, used for both offense and defense. He usually carries it around in a special sling on his pack. I'll go ahead and word it better.
