Like in any world, every country has their celebrities. Everywhere has people whose names are widely known and whose exploits are talked and read about daily. The Celestial Divide world is no different, here is a list of famous characters and groups whom your characters would know had they been growing up here. It's your choice which of these characters they would know, but keep in mind they would probably run across these names during their lives.

The Golem Maker - A legendary Equiterian Golem Maker who lived in Equestria.

The Sky Titan - Founder of the Stars and the Razorwing family, this Pegasus was known for being the greatest aerial combatant in Equestrian History.
Exploits - Hero of the Dragon and Prism Wars, defeated Blackmane, founded the Razorwing Family and the Stars elite aerial unit.

Field Marshal Hightower - The First Equestrian Field Marshal, a hero of the Dragon and Prism Wars, disappeared after the Prism Wars and returned at the beginning of the Blood Wars.
Exploits - Founder of the Shield Walls legendary Earth Pony unit, First Field Marshal, Defeated Telos. For a long period of time was the cursed pony known as the Iron Shoes. Died fighting the Adversary during the Blood Wars.

Cross Shield - This pony founded the order of the Horsepitaller, these ponies dedicated themselves to the eradication of the Necropolis, embarking on several 'crusades' to the Necropolis

King Whitefeather I - First king of the Griffon Kingdom, inadvertently started the Dragon Wars remembered as a catastrophe.

Severus Whitefeather - King Whitefeather's first born, a mighty warrior who died heroically in battle trying to save his father. Recently revealed to have been sealed into the Rust Phoenix by the Golem Maker.
Exploits - Greatest warrior in Griffon history, died heroically, staged the revolution in Royal Rocks as a golem. His spirit was bound to a golem known as the Rust Phoenix, has been protecting the kingdom in secret ever since. Led the Civil War against the false king Whitefeather.

King "Dreadwing" Whitefeather II - King Dreadwing, a close friend to Equestria and one of the Three Champions who saved the Kingdoms from the Matriarch and the Adversary.
Exploits - 2nd Griffon King, Savior of Griffon Kingdom, slayed the Matriarch and defeated the Adversary.

King "Ivor" Whitefeather III - Ivor Whitefeather, the third son of the first King Whitefeather succeeded the throne after his brother, Dreadwing died, since Dreadwing only had female heirs. Known for cementing the alliance with Equestria.

Hephaestus Stonebeak - The first in the line of the Great Griffon Smiths, his craftsmanship was legendary and his technique has been moved down the line of smiths, only one student is chosen by a Great Smith, who then replaces him and picks another and so on...

Maginot - Famous griffon architect, who designed the Maginot Line, the Royal Rocks defense system. Royal Rocks is a cliff edge sticking out of a mountain. On the ledge above and below it exist the Maginot Line of turrets and defenses, protecting it from any angle against an attack. This Line was the sole reason the Griffon Kingdom was not wiped out in the Dragon Wars.

The Diamond Dogs
Silverback - One of the Three Champions, Silverback freed the Diamond Dogs from slavery to dragons and created the Silver Core.

Professor Rainlock - An alias Red Charge has been using in the past, Professor Rainlock was a famous Pegasus explorer responsible for uncovering many ancient knowledge and treasures.

Doctor Gale Rainlock - Red Charge's daughter and the mare whose adventures are the base for most if not all Daring Do books. Gale Rainlock is a prominent public figure in Equestria with a lot of political power and her own private army of security guards known as the Rainlock Security Forces.

Percheron Razorwing - Known as the best aerial fighter of the generation, many compared him to the Sky Titan. Percheron was captain of the Stars and then the Red Barons. He is known for defeating the current Blackmane and Driving her out of Equestria.

Blackmane - A sky pirate lord who has been plaguing the skies since forever. Only the best pirate of a generation may take on the title after slaying their predecessor. The current one is one of the leaders of the invasion to Equestria.
