What is bad about ACTA? The internet act of ACTA says that the ISPs are responsible for the consumers' actions. Therefore they are forced to control all your movements on the web. And if they find you doing any kind of copyright harm (like fanart in deviantART, videos on YouTube, etc.) they will end your contract and you have no access to the internet anymore.
