Heya ponies!
As you've probably noticed, the Northern Barrens and Zebra Territories have been opened for players.
These areas work a little differently than Equestria and the Griffon Kingdom, as they have not been properly explored as of yet, and only contain one large pony settlement, it will be up to the players to discover new locations in these lands by travelling through the wilderness in order to explore these savage lands.
Basically, to find new locations players must go out and explore, this can be done alone or in groups, each with their own benefits. If anyone is interested in making a native character (such as a Winter Wolf or Zebra) they are welcome to do so, but should contact me for information and lore about these areas.
Leviathan will proceed tomorrow as planned.
Reminder - Celestial Divide has a donation paypal which we use to fund our C-box and site art, donations would be welcome!

Would it be possible for Pony characters to visit these places as well? Like Kolor or Gear Stripes trying to figure out heritage in the Zebra lands?

That would actually be a pretty interesting new twist to learning about lore. Instead of having it listed on a page, our characters actually have it presented to them by locals.
That would fit in with the whole exploration mentality of Zebra territory. I assume Zecora could provide some advice on how to prepare before anyone would set their character off into uncharted territory?

Kolor - yes it's very possible for characters to travel there, just keep in mind you can't be in Equestria threads while you're in another continent. As for Selenia, Zecora could, if you knew to talk to her. Watermark probably could too, since he grew up exploring the Zebra Territories with Professor Rainlock.

This is going to be amazing. Will we be able to name the places and give them vivid descriptions. Nightsong loves exploring.

Sure. Some places of course are already named, but if you find a brand new place, definitely.
