N E O N S P L A S H She had been living in ponyville for a few weeks now. But she didn't really save herself time to get to know other ponies. Why would she need to save herself time? Being busy in opening a new shop and designing her home is a time consuming task. But as long as things were supposed to be done, she wouldn't rest! "Let's see... The shop is finished and has culture from each race! Now time for me to add some memories from home!" she smiled and looked out her window. From there she saw her home, Cloudsdale!
She trotted downstairs from her two story building. She reached her shop downstairs, everything was ready for opening. But now she wanted time to herself for a few days! It was time she got to meet new ponies, but most importantly she wanted to finished modeling her new home. The ponies in ponyville would have to wait for her bright personality and neon coat. It was time for her to visit home. She continued to trot outside, a smile on her face. She couldn't wait to visit her home town one more time before fully settling in ponyville. She spread her bright pink wings when she reached outside. Of course closing her door before she looked to sky. Turning around she smiled brighter. "One flap. Two flap. Three flap and four! Off to cloudsdale and not a second more!" she giggled and flew off to the sky.
Soaring through the sky she smiled as she neared cloudsdale. The rainbow falls, the clouds surrounding the town, the buildings and towers! And last but not least the fellow pegasus flying in and out of cloudsdale. She was finally home, even if it was only for a few hours. The latest would be tomorrow. She landed in the middle of the town on the clouds. Right where all the hustle and bustle was. Now, where to start?

It wasn't like she had a bad memory or anything. No, because that would make her job really hard. But when she saw the bright, eye-catching coat of the pegasus that passed her, she couldn't put a name to a face.
She stopped walking, even though it was going to make her late to class, and cleared her throat.
"Um, excuse me, but I swear I have seen you before, but I just can't remember where,"
