Alright here is my entry for the Creatures/Monsters category! Working on an entry for the others.
FROST MANTICORE
Known as the frozen cousin of the Manticore, Frost Manticores lurk in cold parts of Equestria and are often found in snowy mountains. They are extremely aggressive and territorial, attacking anything that gets near it or its territory. Though Frost Manticore usually stay near their caves, they have been known to travel down the mountains in winter and stake territory for the winter, going back to their caves when spring comes.
Special Effects:
Frosty Breath – Unlike Manticores, Frost Manticores have incredibly cold breath. Causes a pony full-body frostbite for two rounds, slowing them down.
Tail Sting – Frost Manticores have a sting almost as strong as a Manticore, though not quite. It is very weakening bordering deathly.

Gryphus, grand city of the Gryphon Empire in the Asgard Mountains. The great fortress-city of Gryphus, carved from the peak of Mount Kjerag by King Dreadwing Whitefather between the Dragon and Prism Wars. Towering temples and spires etched out of solid rock with the assistance of defeated dragons as a show of the gryphons' power, the entire mountain peak is the core of the city, with smaller residential districts sprawling around the central sanctum farther down the mountain, as well as an underground cavern system that served as a dock of sorts for the airship armada. The central city itself is a nearly indestructible and impenetrable fortress, dug out of a mountain peak, all the buildings are solid and foundations are direct to the heart of the mountain, no part of the central city was quarried elsewhere and then assembled. The fact that it is at the peak of a mountain makes it nearly impervious to any serious ground based attack, as attackers would have to trek up the undeveloped and harsh mountain pathways that are barely used by Gryphons, only to met with a cliff face of a wall with no gate or gap. Gryphons used their ability of flight as a benefit, finding a ground based entrance obsolete for their species of the sky. Air attacks are also nearly impossible to carry through, with the benefit of a beacon based early warning system devised by Dreadwing himself, where a chain of beacons placed on the tops of specific mountains are lit when an enemy approaches, Gryphus can be warned of an incoming threat within an hour of it being sighted over 100 miles away from the capital. By the time the enemy force arrives, the entire airship fleet can be armed and deployed, as well as the massive ballistas placed at key points in the city to defend it from attackers. Dreadwing considered the city his greatest achievement during his short rule and boasted of it being impenetrable. His claim holds true to this day, currently under he rule of King Whitefather III, the great walls of Gryphus have never been breached. So few ponies have ever been to Gryphus, that it maintains an almost legendary air among the ponies of Equestria, even fewer so have set hoof inside the walls of the inner city. (A piece of art that I saw a while back provided some creative imaging for me to imagine the design of the city. If I find the picture, I'll link it.) EDIT: Found the picture. Here's one for the Location
The Temple of Harmony
Hidden somewhere within the Everfree Forest lies the ruins of a long forgotten temple. Legend states that before the reign of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, this temple was built to honor Harmony and all that she stood for.
The temple was made of the purest white marble and adorned with gold and gems. It consisted of a main building and five auxillary buildings which surrounded the main one. Curiously enough, the layout of these was said to be exactly like the symbol of the Elements of Harmony. The temple grounds was then surrounded by a white wall, separating the temple area from the forest around it. Aside from the wall, the temple was protected by strong defensive magic which featured non harmful means to repel attackers.
The main sanctuary was the crowning acheivement of the temple area. It featuresd stained glass windows like the castle in Canterlot which depicted the creation of the three pony races and the glory of Harmony. Inside there was a massive stone altar and an area large enough to seat thousands of ponies.
Aside from the main sanctuary where ponies could worship the deity, this temple acted as a center for knowledge and guidance. It was here that all ponies learned about how to use their talents to help others and maintain harmony within the lands. Earth ponies learned about the land and how to care for it. Pegasus ponies learned about the sky and how to manipulate weather. Unicorns learned magic and spells that could benefit others.
The temple was protected by the Order of Harmony, ponies that dedicated their lives to serving the temple. These non violent ponies would live and work at the temple, overseeing the worship services and other important events. Some say that up until Princess Celestia and Princess Luna reigned, The Elements of Harmony were stored within an underground vault where other treasures were kept safe.
Sadly, as time went by and conflicts ravaged the land the temple was lost. The temple was eventually abandoned by the Order of Harmony and the Elements of Harmony was taken away to a safer location, leaving the once beautiful temple to fall to pieces.
Yet there are rumors that parts of the temple still remain and, for any pony inclined to find it, there may be great artifacts to discover.

Well, then necessary edits must be made as it will then just be a massive fortress city akin to Omashu from ATLA.

Character Entry
"Mindbreaker"
This powerful unicorn was well-known for his obsession with the mind and psychology, to the point that most ponies considered him something of a lunatic. He was, in fact, perfectly sane, and resented the scorn of his peers, and so began studying ways to influence the thoughts of others.
It was during this endeavor that the Adversary instigated the Prism Wars. Hoping to gain the favor of his kind, he tried to help out in the war effort by conducting experiments of... dubious morality; some of the less twisted involved enslaving the wills of ponies to that of another. When he was found out, there was such backlash and scorn thrust upon him that out of anger he defected to the side of the Adversary, using his ill-gotten mind-powers to demoralize and hamper the pony and griffin armies.
He was such a plague on the ponies and griffins that the Guardian came out to do battle with him; after a long, exhausting fight in an underground dragon hoard, the Guardian defeated the trickery of the Mindbreaker and used his breath magic to destroy him. Unknown to all save the Adversary, however, the Mindbreaker survived by binding his consciousness at the last second to a lake not too far off.
It is said that to this day, the Mindbreaker still resides in the lake, buried deep in a lost labyrinth. He is said to be able to exert his mind-powers through the reflections of those who enter the caves, and sometimes even farther than that. His eventual goal is to be released, which can only be achieved by having another pony look directly into their reflection in the Mindbreaker's lake, at which point he would possess said pony.
At the other end of the spectrum, the only way to destroy him is to dry up the lake in which he currently takes shelter.

Character entry.
Tempest - Misteress of Storms
Have you not heard of Tempest, The Misteress of Storm? Ah I see much time has passed and now her name is buried among the pages of history. Long ago, before the reign of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna and before the Prism War, there was a unicorn named Tempest. From a very young age, Tempest exhibited a great ability to create and control storms, a rare ability that few unicorns possess. Manipulating the weather has always been a pegasus ability, but this pony seemed to have a great skill for it, effortlessly summoning storms as well as dispelling them.
Everything seemed perfect at first. Tempest would help create and control storm according to the seasons and the needs of the ponies. Yet slowly the perfect reality started to fracture. Several ponies, namely pegasus and unicorn ponies, became jealous of her skill and made every attempt to express their jealousy. At the same time, Tempest began to feel that other ponies were not recognizing her talent. To her she was not just creating storms, she was controlling chaos!
Eventually pride and anger bngan to build in her heart. Some say that the influence of Entropy helped to corrupt her from a happy helpful pony to a prideful wicked mare. One day she demanded that all ponies worship her just as they did with the alicorns. After receiving jeers and rejection from other ponies her sanity finally snapped. Tempest began to summon powerful storms, intent on destroying any pony that did not respect her.
Great disasters were hurled on the land like floods, hurricanes, and ice storms. At last Tempest threatened to engulf the cities in a massive tornado. The ponies stood together to repel Tempest and her storms. At last they were able to stop Tempest, causing her to be thrown into the storm she created, never to be seen or hear from again. No pony could have survived being thrust into that storm, not even the mistress of Storm. Her creation, it seemed, led to her demise.
The storm was over, yet many ponies were injured or dead and many towns damaged. Yet Tempest was defeated, no longer to threaten the ponies. From that point forward ponies learned how power corrupts.
Yet there are still some who say that Tempest did not die entirely, but her spirit survived in some form, carrying with it still the pride and anger, waiting for the one day to return and show her power again.
