Willo quietly followed Morrow through her small little shop, filled with a little bit of everything for every day living. "You have a nice little shop," she said quietly, shifting her weight a little to avoid bumping into one of the shelves. She yawned absent-mindedly, generating a low star light to help her navigate the stairs as they climbed; Now that she was rather close to a good place to sleep and a good meal, she was relaxing a lot more, her steps becoming a lot less reserved. By the time she reached the top she was right behind Morrow, rather than a few feet back.
The little living area Morrow had set up in her shop was very cozy; it was a little small, and close to the roof, but everything was organized in a way that made navigation easily. There was only two rooms, a bathroom and a general living area; the living area had been separated by collections of furniture rather than using walls, with a kitchen marked by a gas stove and a 'bedroom' marked by a rather comfortable looking bed. "Cozy," Willo commented silently, looking around and sipping her coffee again.
She noted the nice little teapot set up on the stove, and was about to ask Morrow where she should sit when her tummy growled uncomfortably loudly. "Guess I'm pretty hungry," Willo said sheepishly, her face turning a light pink. "How are those bagels? As good as they smell?"

"Thanks, Willo!" Morrow said, thankful for the appreciation, and with a bit of content pride. She had put much work into the place after she moved here; of course not to forget the house itself had been there already, but mostly empty. It had been waiting for her, quite literately, as the town had been looking for somepony to take this one position, in which she was now employed, and as far as coincidences go, she was just that lucky to be the right pony at the right place and time, fulfilling the qualifications.
There were times when the delivery Pegasus would have got cautious at the word little, awaiting laughter or something else, but the Unicorn with her was just quite open and honest in her words, and indeed her shop was little. No relation to her size. So she smiles relieved as she arrived in her one great living room.
Stepping aside to let Willo in the room, she noticed how she wasn't a few feet aside or behind her anymore. Silly Morrow, of course, she has been outside with little food for who knows how long? Reaching Applelosa by hoof? That's like... Silly, again, let's see she will feel welcome.
"Thanks", she replied again, as she trotted into the middle of the room, nearby a table, and some seating pillows, "Everything is comfortable close, but still I have enough room to stretch these girls", to demonstrate she folded up and closed again her wings, "And Singasong can move freely, too."
Just as if waiting for her name to be mentioned, the black bird, who had found shelter from the cold under Morrow's hat, now shook the improvised blanket off herself and with a happy chirping landed on a corner of the room that was quite obviously arranged for her. There was a food bowl, some water and something that looked like a made up nest made from hay straws, pieces of fabric and others.
Small windows let in some light into the room, but it was still quite gloomy dark inside. Morrow was just considering to light a lantern, more out of habit, as she got a better idea and smiled. "Could you increase your pretty lantern light a tad bit, Willo; just for now, you can turn it off again when I'm delivering and you nap. That'd be quite swell, thank-"
Oh, right, the breakfast, how could she have forgotten! The mahogany colored Pegasus smiled sheepishly and placed the paper bag on the table near her, carefully picking the baked goods from inside and placing them around it. Eventually she also got to her own coffee, the brew still hot enough to steam a little and the smell of the blend ticking her nose quite comfortably. She took a sip. That was the good life!
"Good?", she barely could suppress a smirk, or laughter; Morrow was clearly not so good at keeping a straight face, especially when telling something funny or cheering up, "I would lie if I would say they are good - they are awesome!"
Out of the habit to spend most breakfasts with her pet bird alone, she held a bagel in her mouth toward the other pony. Blood shot into her cheeks as she got aware of how ridiculous that must look like. One does not offer food to a pony, like they would feed a bird. Silly Morrow.
She took a bite out of the bagel and placed it nonchalantly next to her coffee, pretending she didn't do anything silly, just to add then, "Sorry, guests and friends go first of course, go and have one of them delicious bagels and don't forget to tell me how you like them-"
She let herself down on her haunches, sitting on a pillow and sighed somewhere between content relieved and concerned worried. Her morning routines were clearly derailed, not in a bad way, as she had quite pleasant company, but still enough to make her appear silly in her own opinion. Interesting times.

Willo smiled as the pegasus' bird snuck out from under her hat and flitted over to an area that was fairly obviously the bird's place. It was interesting to see how the pony interacted with her little pet; Willo had seen ponies with familiars & pets before, but usually either they weren't very friendly or they just didn't act like this in public. Absentmindedly, she made her little star lantern brighter, not paying too much attention to it.
She should've been paying more notice to it; she forgot to reseal the web that she used to keep it glowing, and it started fading almost immediately. "Oh," she said worriedly, and recast the spell just as the first lantern faded to darkness. This one was slightly warmer; it lit the other pony's home much better and complimented the cozy space with a comforting warmth. This time she made sure the spell would stick, and floated it over to the table. "Sorry about that; I forgot a spell component," she said, walking over to the other pony to see that she had a bagel held out.
She blinked for a moment; was the pony offering her her food? Then Morrow took a bite out of it and sat down. Willo giggled a little and picked up her own bagel, sitting down before taking a bite and letting the taste fill her mouth. It was warm and soft; the taste reminded her of morning light. "Mmmmm..." she said aloud, savoring the taste before swallowing. "That is amazing..." she said after she finished the bite, finishing off her coffee before taking another one.
"Um, You had a few questions?" she said after she'd gotten through a third bite of the bagel. She figured it was about time she started to talk about why she was there, or at the very least let the other pony get to know her better. She took another bite slowly and doused it with the last of her coffee, looking at the little cup with a look of disappointment before turning her attention back to Morrow.

Pretty! Morrow Rose thought as the magical lantern light up, right after it went out, leaving the room in star lit darkness for a split of a moment. Was it even the same lantern or a completely new casted to spend light, the Pegasus could not tell, lacking magic-related knowledge, but one thing for sure, it looked pretty.
It took her some moments to realize that this light rather fitted into her room, with the warm colors she preferred, than the cold star light did before. "Spell component? The things I don't know about magic- Thanks, anyway, it's a pretty light!"
The delivery Pegasus breathed out relieved as she noticed the Unicorn with her either way had not noticed the bagel incident or took it with humor. Morrow wasn't too sure, but used the moments Willo clearly enjoyed her breakfast - when did that filly have a full meal for the last time? Good to see her happy though - and turned her attention to her own baked goods and coffee.
Just as she knew from the bakery of her choice, they were delicately crunchy on the outside and with a chewy softly sweet flavor on the inside. The art of the bagel was in her opinion a serious business and only few mastered it that well; serious but yum! The softly cinnamon flavored brew was to her liking as well, she Morrow could relax for now. With a smile she noticed how Singasong had curled up into her nest for a short bird nap - knowing that her pony would soon enough do the next delivery route.
"I'm glad you like them that much!" Morrow nodded, curiosity peaking up again. Indeed she had some questions on her mind. It wasn't like she didn't trust Willowisp, her intuition told her she was a nice pony, but she was surrounded by mysteries and she only gave away so little - at least in public. Somehow the Pegasus was sure the other pony wasn't a looked for criminal or trouble maker, that just didn't fit with her, "Yes, I have some quest-"
She noticed a slightly disappoint look on Willo's face and was worried for the moment, but then added two and two together, "Shall I make you some tea? Anything? -but, yeah. I was just wondering, where do you come from, where do you go to, what do you plan... You know, the usual things ponies talk about. Also, don't get me wrong, but I think you are hiding something, something... you don't want to talk about in public? Sorry if I sound too curious, but I'm all ears now..."
Waiting curiously, she threw a look in the direction of the tea kettle, "Black tea, milk, sugar, okay?"

Willo smiled weakly when the other pony offered to make her tea. It had been a while since she'd had tea, and since she was out of coffee that certainly would be helpful. She enjoyed having something to drink while finishing her food, and she still wasn't even halfway done with the bagel. She nodded just a few moments before the other pony started asking her all those questions that Willo knew was coming... all at once. She blinked for a moment, trying to catch up with what the other pony was saying.
When she did catch up, she opened her mouth to start answering some of those questions... only to realize that she had absolutely no idea where to start. Her life for the past few months had been absolutely chaotic, not to mention ridiculous; how exactly could she ease herself into the conversation? Everything had happened all at once; she had gone into the swamp, looking for something to lighten her mood... she'd been attacked... and now she lived with the cult. It was absurd to even think about. She opened her mouth again, and closed it, her face contorting in confusion.
She really had no idea where she should start; there was too much for her to process. She took another bite of the bagel, swallowed it, and sighed. "I'm sorry," she said, smiling sheepishly. "I want to answer your questions... but I really have no idea how," she shook her head. "There really isn't anything about the answers that makes any sense... Ooh, I don't like milk in my tea but do you have lemon?" she was quickly distracted by the offering of tea again; she was still rather hungry.
She was still turning the answers to those questions over in her head, trying to figure out what exactly she could say. What did you expect, Willo? she thought, rolling her eyes. That you could just say "I live in Froggy Bottom Bog with a cult that saved my life and I'm here to see if I can find ponies who would join them"? Don't make me laugh. She chuckled dryly; there was nothing easy about this. At least she'd met a pony who would offer her a place to stay and cared enough about her to talk to her; she could figure out the rest later.

Was that just a nod? Yes, it was. Poor thing, she keeps telling nopony treated her unfair, yet she walked all the way here on her own, she isn't really used to hospitality and so shy. Oh, well, nothing as relaxing and good as some nice tea. Morrow Rose waited for a moment to see if Willo would add any words, but then decided to give her some time to gather her thoughts.
The delivery Pegasus filled the tea kettle with water and lit the stove, then looked through some teas on a shelf, before deciding on one. Black tea, apple blend, as almost anything was apple blend in this city, but surely delicious. She would care for the tea and the Unicorn could tell her- She wasn't saying anything at all, as Morrow noticed and with a look in her direction she could tell she looked quite... scared? No, more like confused.
There was definitely something mysterious about that pony and this just added up to the riddle. She gave it a thought and then another, but she got no idea. Maybe, perhaps, if she could motivate the other pony somehow to open up? Then again why was she that curious about what the Unicorn hid, anyhow? Was she just that curious? Nah, she was concerned.
"Don't you worry, girl, it's okay if you don't feel like telling me now-" And there the tea kettle whistled already. Morrow hurried turn off the stove and pour the hot water of the tea bags in two cups. "Though if you ever feel like, I'm all ears - and honestly, I doubt any answer in our world makes any point, from some point of view, so why don't you just try me?" She smiled encouragingly, hoping the hospitality and some good tea would help the other pony to relax.
"Lemon? Just one moment!" Morrow looked over some shelves. Lemon? Nah. Lemon? Nope. She looked through some cupboards, just in case, getting a it nervous. Where did she leave that citrus fruit again? It was here somewhere. Her place was so neatly organized, how could she not find it? Woken up, Singasong looked up from her nest, chirping curious.
Her eyes wandered over some shelves at one wall, - oh, look what's all there - before it fell on the kitchen counter. "Isn't it always where look last?" It was just a moment until Willo's tea with lemon was ready. "There you go, enjoy!" Phew, that went well. Now, what to do next? wasn't there a saying, it's a giving and taking? Maybe, if she were to trust her with an own story first?
Quickly she got a box of a shelf she had spotted there moments ago, looking for the lemon. What a nice coincidence. She placed it aside the table and did pick out some items, atop a newspaper, the Manehatten Chronicle, from about two years ago, headlines: Pamphlet worries Authorities. "You'd like to know how I came here, Willo?", she started nonchalantly and with an honest smile. "You heard about this before?", she added while passing the old newspaper over.

Willo quietly watched the other pony move around the small kitchen area, still running over how exactly she should start with her story in her head. Try as she might, and through the last half of the bagel she certainly tried, she just couldn't find anything in her recent history which made any sense to start off with. Nothing since she'd started living in the swamp had made any sense.
She coughed a little on a piece of bagel when the other pony assumed that she didn't want to talk about it. "No no," she said hastily, once she managed to swallow the warm piece of bread. "It's just a little-" ridiculous.[/color] She didn't say that last word, realizing it wouldn't make any sense; instead, she just smiled sheepishly.
The awkward moment was interrupted with the other pony finding the lemon and pouring them both tea; Willo was grateful that the pony kept herself rather busy despite everything that was going on. She normally ended up stopping to think when she was having a conversation; it was hard to focus too much on multiple things. She thanked the other pony for the tea and took a sip.
"You really are spoiling me a bit, you know," she said as she took another sip, adding a bit of sugar to it. She hadn't really expected an apple blend; it was a very unique taste. Then again, what else should she have expected from 'Appleoosa,' said to have the largest orchard on this side of Equestria? "I haven't been treated this well since I started living on my own." She chuckled.
Why couldn't it be this easy explaining her past? She quietly tok another sip of tea. It wasn't that much more complicatd than anything else, just ridiculous. Maybe she was going about it the wrong way? She swished a bit of the sweet and fruity drink in her mouth. Maybe it would be best if she started at the beginning. As a matter of fact... it'd be much easier. If she started at the beginning, it would make more sense why she was in the swamp, which would make the cult make more sense, and then she could actually talk about things.
She was just about to open her mouth and start explaining when the other pony offered to tell her why she was living in Appleoosa right now. Willo nodded, her eyes filled with curiosity; her own story could wait. She skimmed the headline. "I'm pretty sure I heard something about it, but I don't remember ever seeing the pamphlet. And definitely not about a ruckuss in Manehattan... then again..." Willo looked out of the corner of her eyes. She tended to purposefully avoid most big events, especially when they were of a political nature; she rarely found a good reason to get involved, and once she was homeless she had had even less reason to be interested in it.
She sipped her tea in silence, her eyes focused on the other pony intently. If she had somehow made headlines, this was probably worth listening to; besides, she was finding herself more and more interested in the mahogany-coated mare as she kept talking, and it was probably not the caffeine talking. She took another bite of the bagel, savoring the nice rich flavor of toasted grain.

"-a little...?" Morrow echoed curiously those words of Willo, those she abruptly broke her sentence with. Was it just that she got interrupted by a crumb of bagel in her through, she clearly did cough just now, or was the Unicorn feeling uncomfortable. She didn't really look like a pony though that would keep that a secret. So much mysteries...
"You're quite welcome, and I mean it. That's basic pony hospitality, at least how I learned it to be and I couldn't look at myself in the mirror if I would not hold it up... Besides, you are a nice, a good pony." Despite the seriousness of those words she brought them over with an honest smile. The world just had just so much gray zones between extremes and that was fine, but even more than a pony needed their own guideline of ideals to follow.
Willowisp acted more relaxed already, at least the delivery Pegasus got that impression, but it was still as if she would like to say something, but would hold herself back, because... Morrow wasn't sure if her curiosity was justified, but then again she could excuse it with concern to herself.
Give trust, get trust, as the old pony saying goes. She breathed in and out slowly. "It was shortly after my family got to some fortune with my mother's flower business - edible and decorative flowers. That, and my dad's quite a good ace flier. Now, we were in the inner city of Manehattan and trust me, I don't wanna sound like judging, but the high society there can be rather... rude and snobbish."
Morrow wasn't sure how far she could go and how honest she could be about this all, but then again she realized earlier on already that Willo did not appear to be part of the Canterlot upper ten-thousand. That was her impression at least. So she decided to go and trust her, "Actually, in fact, there is no place like Manehattan to see that harsh the discrepancy between the most rich and the most poor.
We had... ascended to be a part of the accepted society, but with all the dinners and got-to-meets, I did see how plenty of ponies looked down on what were our origins! I am a foal of the Manehattan dockside. A place of honest and hard working ponies, where neighbors knew each other and shared, all they had-
Soon I got in contact with some fillies and colts of my age, some rich kids with Hay Girthvera-shirts, then some who made it from the docks here, like me, the one or other pony from far away places with strange accents, not quite fitting in, we were quite a wild and chaotic crowd.
We felt like we could change the world... Still, we were mostly ignored and when we did something, like placing provocative posters for a concert, openly and actively not offered a seat to a rich looking pony, whatever was really big to us, only got us a mild and shallow reminder to be good and at worst some days grounded at home.
So, to bring our ideals and cause to the working pony masses and to", she sighed amused, "to get some attention, we needed to do something big. So, I sat down and wrote down all the ideas and visions in my head. All the pain of feeling pushed around, and - there it was, anonymously, of course. First I passed some copies to friends, but some were hoofed to other friends and other friends and a few days later the Manehattan Chronicle had a headline.
Some pony suddenly mentioned things that were shrugged about before, if even noticed, and suddenly ponies got afraid there was a big thing about to form. Something threatening. Of course we were suspected, my friends and me were known to do stuff and things, but, there was no proof. After a while it was then announced the pamphlet would be just a joke went bad and ponies calmed and forgot."
The Pegasus recalled of the tea in front of her, carefully balanced the cup on a hoof and took a sip - very good! - of the hot brew. "Of course my parents would recognize words written by me, but they would never betray their own foal. No, without an actual proof, they sent me back to the dockside were we still had a flower shop. I was meant to calm down, but returning from the inner city, I was considered the rich city filly now, there. That's when I decided to do something new, on my own and I heard about settlers and hard working ponies being looked for Appleloosa, can you believe how young the town is?
That's my story, both humble and true-" She smiled a bit sheepishly, but just as curious, wondering how Willo would react and perhaps if she would tell her own.

Willo sipped her tea in silence while the other pony talked; she wasn't really sure what she could say. She felt a little smile grace her face when the other pony said that she was nice. She didn't normally feel nice; it was a chore talking to other ponies, and even harder for her to try and explain herself to them, so normally she didn't bother. Even now, she was just repaying this pony for her kindness; she thought the other pony was nice, but she was pretty sure that she wasn't being as good to her as she probably deserved.
As she listened to the other pony tell her tale, she slowly stopped sipping her tea; the story was taking her in, and she had forgotten about her thirst while she listened. The tea cooled quietly, forgotten. She'd heard a few tales from the past over the years, and had made a fairly interesting one for herself, but this wasn't something she had suspected from the little filly running a delivery service. She amended her thinking, trying to not make assumptions anymore.
It wasn't any less absurd than her own tale had been, which made her blush a little about having such a hard time telling it. She should just trust that the pony would believe her tale; she smiled sheepishly as the other pony finished her story. "Hardly humble," she said teasingly, remembering her tea and finishing it off quickly. She didn't like her tea lukewarm, so she didn't want to let it set anymore than she already had. "You have a lot of fire, Morrow; I'm glad you're so nice, or the world wouldn't be safe." she giggled.
She paused for a few moments, turning things over in her head. "I think I know how to share my story now, too," she said finally, once she figured out what it was that she wanted to say. "Although it's a little shorter... Maybe then it'll be easier to understand why I'm here." she finished her bagel and took a deep breath. "This story really starts once I lost my apartment.
"Living out on the streets trying to get together the money to get a new home... wasn't fun. At all. So after a few weeks, I just left town to live on the road, but that was just as tough. I lived for the moment while I was out there, and I took to night walks... Whenever I felt bad, that always made me feel better.
"I didn't really pay too much attention to where I took my walks; it didn't matter how dangerous a place was, I had to go there to see what it was like at night. I went to Everfree so many times; sneaking past ponies who were saying it was dangerous, going further in... it was like I was looking for death.
"And then..." Willo sighed, and shook her head. She still wasn't comfortable with this part. "And then death found me. I ended up in Froggy Bottom Bog, and a squid attacked me. I got a terrible gash in my side... but I made it. A group of ponies living in the swamp saved me. And now I'm staying with them.
"I'm here to talk to ponies about them.... and I think that answers all your questions," Willo said, letting out a long breath. It was a bit of a chore getting there, but she'd managed to get it out; she still wasn't happy with how it sounded, but she had already said it; too late to turn back now. She looked into the dregs in the teacup and waited to hear something from the little pegasus.

Morrow felt heat shooting into her face, she was probably blushing brightly right now. Of course her story hadn't been exactly humble, but to talk as if the safety of the world would depend on her - that was just too much; even though, she had to admit, just two years ago that had been her mindset altogether, one brave pony for justice and fairness...
"The world? I- just did what felt right. I'd probably do it again. I guess you're right, there is like a fire in me-" She chuckled relieved as she had that off her mind. More automatically the delivery Pegasus grabbed for her tea again and took some more sips, while there's certainly not much fire left in that tea; how fast a brew like that can cool down, she added in thoughts.
Curious she looked up as the Unicorn started to tell her story, eventually. Now this was supposed to be interesting. She quickly nodded, and listened patiently, every now and the reminding herself to take another sip of tea, til she finished it. Unbeknown to her Singasong must have found interest in listening to Willo's story as well, at least the black bird was suddenly again with her pony.
Oh dear, that story somewhat confirmed some of her concerns; the unicorn had been though quite some hard time to eventually look for death, as she had put it. Nopony would even say that if it weren't really bitter times. Living on the street, how was that even like, she didn't know. She had seen homeless ponies on Manehattan's streets before, even arranged some food and drinks for them, but how it really was for them... could she even know?
Wait... "Wait, ponies saved you - which is awesome, of course - and then you are leaving ... or are sent ... to tell other ponies about them?" Quite irritated she looked all over the Unicorn again, as if to make sure she hadn't missed anything important. She still looked quite normal, though and sounded pretty nice. A pony to spend mornings with or even whole days. Hm-
"I'm sorry, but that just throws up new questions. Like who those ponies are, you want to talk about... I assume you want to tell me about them? Who are they? What do they do, but saving other ponies and then sending them away to tell others about them? ...if they didn't even send the squid themselves- Sorry, if I jump to conclusions. Just. I'm pretty curious now..."
Morrow emptied her cup if tea and neatly folded the empty paper bag that used to contain bagels. What did she just trot in here. If she were to go by her intuition the other pony was just as good or bad she herself, nice to talk with, too. Just that she mentioned important facts just like that. No home. No food. Throw out of her old home. Lived on the street. Deadly squids? Mystery ponies? She felt like she was missing something to understand this all.
"Sorry if that sounded a bit harsh now. Of course you can also sleep now, and tell me about those ponies later. My house is your house. Still, I'd like to know about who they are... and, hay, isn't that even your mission, Willo?"

She smiled softly at the other pony's modesty. She just did what she thought was right? Most ponies didn't even have the fortitude to do that most of the time in Willo's experience; even herself. While she did try, she was a quiet and outspoken mare, and found it much easier to seperate herself from causes like that and just try to get by. She'd tried to ignore politics back when she did have a home, and then once she didn't she'd decided outright to not try and believe in causes. There was something about ideas that was very fragile, and she didn't like it; instead, she trusted other ponies. They were much more solid.
Willo blinked for a few seconds. It hadn't really occurred to her that there might have been some sort of scheme involved in her near-death experience; the swamp was always said to be too dangerous to explore. Then again... it did seem like part of the reason for that was because of the cult itself, trying to keep ponies from finding out about them. Her face contorted in confusion for a few moments. What would it mean if these ponies weren't what they said? Would it matter?
Finally, she shook her head. "Whatever they are, I've known ponies in there for a little while now. I'm not entirely sure about the group's motives, but there are nice ponies..." she yawned mid-sentence, then shook her head. She couldn't go to sleep just yet, not while she was still talking. "I can go to bed after we finish talking," she said to address the other pony's concerns from the sound of things.
"As I understand it, they're in the swamp because they had some problems with Celestia... I'll admit that I'm not very familiar with their cause or anything, since my entry pretty much involved me almost dying & I've stuck with them because of it. But it has something to do with a pony that they say was banished, the same way Nightmare Moon used to be, that they want to be freed." she swirled the dregs of her tea around, waiting a few moments for that to sink in. "They're called the cult of Eclipse."
Willo paused to let that sink in; she wasn't entirely sure how the other pony would react. She'd never really talked about the cult at all, even with other members; her natural tendency to isolate herself had lent itself to that well. She barely knew most of the ponies there, while she recognized more names she wasn't comfortable talking to most of them. "They've been behind some of the things happening around Equestria lately," she said after a bit. "I've been learning a lot more magic because of them."

"Oh, right, of course. That seems to be a pretty interesting topic though, so we might talk quite a while, I mean", she smiled sheepshly, "I guess I can get quite curious. So, when you feel like you need sleep, I'll not be out of the world, you can tell me more later-"
Morrow listened patiently for now, this was indeed too interesting, whatever she did run into there, and Willo was in a talking mood. Who knew how soon she would speak that much again. The delivery Pegasus decided to leave her questions and quite a few came up for later then, and if the Unicorn with her would be too tired then, to wait till even later.
"It's really nice of that - Cult? to save you and offer you a home, and you don't critic a helping hoof, as they say..." Morrow eventually started a reply, carefully arranging her words, intuitively knowing that a wrong word might be fatal now. How much was Willowisp involved into this cult, her words implied she barely knew them, but cult had a mysterious sound to it, full of disguises and riddles.
Angry about herself, Morrow banished that thought away. She had just established that Willo can trust her and that it is normal for a pony to offer help, how could she now distract her, because of a word, "There are just some things that puzzle me... I mean, you didn't want to know more about their motives, or didn't they want to tell you? What do they do all day, aside of ... cult sounds like they would do something religious... You said they caused some recent events?
And that banished pony fellow, what are they like? I mean, we all know why Nightmare Moon was banished... I sure hope that cult knows what they do there."
That were probably a few questions too much at once. Morrow recalled how Willo reacted earlier on to much curiousity, a bit irritated and orientationless, as it appeared to her. She had to be a bit more careful with the Unicorn. "Sorry for all that questions. Probably those cult ponies are just some eremites and after all they helped you, with life and magic. Still, I am curious... Do you think there is a boss cultist one can ask these questions?
Also, before I forget it, on my next delivery route, anything I can arrange for you at town? I don't know, whatever you need, Willo?", she offerend honestly and as if it were just the most normal thing for her to do so.

Willo quietly considered what she was talking about, talking more about it later, but she shook her head after a few moments. Eventually the other pony would have other deliveries to make, that's what she'd said; she could sleep then without interrupting their conversation. She didn't know how long it'd take but she'd gone multiple nights without sleep before so she couldn't see how this would take that much longer.
She frowned a little while Morrow was preparing what she was going to say; It was pretty clear that she was frusrated and suspicious about what she'd had to say. This was why Willo hadn't thought that she'd be able to find anypony interested in it; from her experience ponies shut down pretty quickly at certain words; 'dark' was one of them that she'd had to deal with a lot from explaining her philosophy. She'd suspected that 'cult' would be another one, and it looked like she was right.
The other pony kind of shook herself and tried to start over, obviously wanting to listen to Willo despite her suspicions... Completely warranted suspicions, of course. She didn't know the ponies like Willo knew them. "I don't know how much-" she began, getting interrupted by more questions. She quietly sat back, letting the other pony finish what she was saying; it wasn't like anything she had to say was very important to say immediately.
Once the other pony finished speaking, Willo waited for a few seconds, going over things in her head. "Well, I'll need rations for the return trip eventually but that can wait... But first," she said, nodding her head idly as she went over what she should say in her head. It was a lot to think over; there were a lot of things Morrow was questioning that she herself had never considered, and probably should figure out at some point.
"I was too busy getting over the fact that I didn't die to worry about who the ponies who saved me were, and once that was done I'd been around enough to get to know them and trust them, even if I didn't know too much," she started slowly. "I just wanted to help repay them... And it's not like I had anywhere else to go." Her face took on a distant quality for a few seconds before coming back to answer questions.
"Red Charge's the leader, and he's also probably the only pony who knows the whole story... while there's a certain amount that others know, it seems like the cult is largely founded on belief in what Red says." She shrugged philosophically. "I wasn't all that interested in why..."

Morrow Rose saw some of her worries confirmed - she just had to be more careful with the blue Unicorn, as she apparently just build up some trust and throwing several questions at certainly did not do anything good. It wasn't like Morrow wouldn't be curious anymore, all out of sudden, but she decided silently to give the other pony more time to tell and explains whenever she felt like.
"I'm sorry if I got too curious and doubting there, Willo, I just have my own story with ponies who like to command around others, while promising them what-else-not... Probably this cult is totally different and I just should stop projecting onto them..." Along with that she put an apologizing smile on her muzzle. There- The Unicorn illumination mage was a really kind and nice pony, and if she were a sign for how her cult was like, they were as well. Of course Morrow kept her healthy doubt alive, but also accepted Willo's words for now, fully.
"Besides, you did more than just good there; you were saved and you wanted to repay them. That's quite fair and good, isn't it? You were saved from death there, other ponies would have just gotten away and never returned. I think a pony that wants to repay her debt, has her heart at the right place..."
Just to add then, after a moment, "Not that there are always debts; you staying here is a thing of good pony hospitality, besides - I'll be as honest, what I'll get from it myself, is having somepony to chat with at this time...
And your story gets more and more interesting. I just wonder where to find a replacement at such a short noticed, if I were to leave town too meet this Red-" With the end of it that sentence grew more silent, as if she would have just made a mental note to herself.
"As sorry as I am to break the chat for now, I still gotta deliver and you need to do your own delivery route - the one to dream land. Really, I'd like to know more about your home in the bog, but I can tell you can barely keep standing on your own hooves- You can take the bed, of course, if anything rest well."
Her hat sitting right, her pet bird with her and now a scarf wrapped around her neck, Morrow got ready to get downstairs into the shop and ready for the next delivery route. Funny, how much her morning routine got out of it's tracks, and yet it didn't feel bad at all.
With another look at Willo she felt though like she had to still add something. Reassuring and with a smile, she patted the other pony on the back, "You're a good pony; don't let anypony take that from you-"

Willo quietly listened to the other pony's response to her little description. She could understand why the other pony wouldn't trust the cult outright with what Willo gave her; now that she was thinking about it she probably should have asked some questions herself at the time. At least found out more about what they were fighting for; it hadn't occurred to her that they might not be honest about what they were doing.
She just nodded absentmindedly as the other pony went to reassure her that she hadn't done anything wrong; she tried her best to not regret anything anyway and to see life as a journey. It's why she chose to spend her nights walking, rather than trying to sleep; there was more to see when you saw a world while it was asleep. She was up in the evening enough to see it awake as well, so she felt she wasn't missing anything. Even now that Morrow had brought up for concerns for her, Willo still couldn't think of the cult doing anything particularly bad.
"I'll be staying in town for a few days," she said when the other pony talked about finding a replacement. "I had a long journey; I don't want to head out until I've managed to get some rest, and it'll give me some time to talk to ponies. Although I don't think I'll find anypony else." she shrugged again, stifling a yawn and shaking herself. She had to stay up, she didn't want to fall asleep on the other pony-
She blinked for a few seconds as the other pony said her farewells and prepared to go on her other delivery route. This pony moved much too fast for her, sometimes she had a hard time catching up, with her tendency to think everything through carefully before doing things. She managed to nod and quietly say a thank you before the other pony was heading out the door.
She was about to just go find a comfy spot on the bed she'd been offered when the other pony turned and said that she we was a good pony. "Um... thank you?" she said again reflexively, trying to figure out what the other pony meant by it. She was a good pony? That... she wasn't sure what the other pony was thinking. She wasn't all that special...
Finally she was too tired to worry about it too much, and wandered over to the bed. Her eyes closed almost as soon as her head hit the pillow; she could figure out what mattered and what didn't when she woke up; for now she was too tired to worry. She dreamed, but it was soft and warm and filled with feathers, and she smiled in her sleep.
