Soul walked around the streets of Cloudsdale, trying to familiarize herself with her new home. "Wow, this place is just so big. I'd get lost if I didn't grab that map before I left." She stops and pulls out the map from her saddlebag, and looks at it. "Hmm, I would go and see the stadium, but that's in the other direction. Maybe I should just head home for lunch." She looks around, through the crowd of ponies, looking for a bench.

Sky Rocket walked through the streets of Cloudsdale, exploring the area. The crowds of ponies kept him from using his wings, restricting him to having to maneauver through the crowds on hoof. Sudenly a random pony bumped right into him. "Hey, watch where you're going," Sky shouted. It was the bad combination or rude ponies and having to move slowly. He had to get out of here quickly.
It was then he saw another pony with a map and a confused look on her face as if she was trying to find her way around. The only thing worse was a stuck pony was a stuck pony who was also lost. He had to at least try and help her. "Hey," Sky said as he made his way to the pony, "I saw you with the map. Are you lost?"

Soul was just about to put up her map, when she heard a pony call out towards her. Without knowing anything about the pony, she did her natural reaction: squeak and hide under the nearest object, which happened to be a bench. "P-please, don't hurt me! I don't have any bits on me, so please leave me alone!"

Sky had met many ponies in Cloudsdale, yet never was he met with a reaction of a pony suddenly diving under a bench in terror. "Hey, I'm not gonna hurt you, and I'm not gonna rob you. You just looked lost, and I wanted to see if i could help you get to where you're going that's all. Could you please come out from under that bench so we can talk?"

Soul crawled out from under the bench, the comforting words of the pony talking to her giving her courage. "O-oh, sorry, you just surprised me, I get startled easily, and I just moved here. Can you help me? I wanted to look around the city, to get to know the place better, and I've gotten a little lost. I wanted to see the stadium, but I don't know which way to go."

"Well welcome to Cloudsdale then. I'm Sky Rocket. I've lived here my entire life, so I know this place like my hoof. You said you were looking for the stadium, right? Well if you would like I can show you where that is."

"Oh, yes please! I wanted to see the stadium, I heard it was beautiful." She jumps up, and checks to make sure she has everything. "Oh right, almost forgot. My name's Soul Serenade."

"Well Soul Serenade, I certainly know where the stadium is as I practice there sometimes. Follow me, and I'll get you there. Just make sure you stay close so you don't get lost in this crowd."

Soul Smiles broadly, eyes shining with excitement, following after Sky Rocket as he walks down the street. "You practice there? Wow, I just wanted to see it's beauty, maybe write a song or poem about it." Then she blushes and looks down. "I-I'm not a very fast or talented flyer, I just glide most of the time."

"That's ok," Sky Rocket said as he noticed Soul looking embarrassed, "You don't have to be a fast flyer or anything like that! Just be yourself!" He quickly thought of a way to change the subject and have Soul feel better. "So, what brings you to Cloudsdale?"

Soul looks up at Sky Rocket, clearly encouraged by his kind words. "W-well, I moved here because of the view. I had hoped that the view would give me some inspiration for new songs." She smiled at this thought. "Oh, the view was spectacular when I got here. But there seemed to be no place to sing, so I'm stuck at home when I feel like singing. So I thought the stadium, at least when nopony is practicing, would be good enough to practice in."

"Well it's nice to hear you came here for a change of view," Sky said. He would admit to anypony that Cloudsdale was beautiful in of itself, but the view of seeing all of Equestria from the city was absolutely amazing. "Come to think of it, there isn't much with music going on here, especially no big concert areas. I know when I want to see some pony sing, I have to fly to some place like Canterlot or Ponyville. I guess because only pegasus ponies like you and I can live or even visit here, singers prefer to practice and put on concerts elsewhere. I must say that I don't hear of many pegasus pony singers." The two finally reached the stadium. "Here we are. We can go in as it's open to the public when there's no events going on."

Soul looks up at the doors of the stadium, amazed that such a place would be open to the public most of the time. "W-wow, this place is s-so big. The acoustics must be amazing."

Sky smiled at Soul who was marveled at the Stadium. "Heh, you should see this place when it's filled! All those fans cheering in the stands, watching the pegasus ponies flying in air, performing amazing death defying stunts..." He stopped realizing in embarrassment that he was letting his own dream run wild. "Heh, of course this place would also be awesome for a concert. I can just see a cloud stage being built in the center and you singing there in front of a crowd."

Soul looks away shyly, not exactly sure if Sky Rocket was trying to encourage her. "O-oh my. I-I couldn't do that. T-too many ponies, I-I'd just freeze up." She trembles slightly at the thought of her singing in front of thousands of ponies who may not like her song.
