Basically you are fighting another pony Kuruka. Red has a battle system set up to determine if an attack hits or misses. So you post an attack, Red calculates it and determines the result, and when it is the other pony's turn, they can then choose to accept the hit, dodge, and/or launch an attack.

Kuruka would be great for this, but I am totally and completely new to this idea... Anyone willing to explain to a newbie? Well it's a player vs. player thread. Equestria vs. The Cult. Even if your pony isn't aligned with Equestria yet, any outsiders are basically playing in their favor in this situation, so you'll be fighting against the Cult ponies.

I'm totally new to this too Kuruka. I think I'm going to send in Quill though. If you end up deciding to jump in, lemme know. xD Cause I'm interested to see how this plays out as well, being new to the forum and all.

Yeah, Kuruka would probably be drawn by curiosity and would probably get involved to "protect" the outnumbered Equestrians . She has yet to meet Luna and decide if she's a leader to fight for...

If there are open slots still, sign Selenia up for Equestria. I'll still update her bio regardless EDIT: Just tossed her in anyway. Also, the mechanic of a limited number of turns seems rather constricting when many members, me included, post as a way of gathering information rather than direct action to start. I can figure that the lengthy threads that simply grind to a halt after too long call for a mechanic like this, but I personally think the turn count should be a tad higher than 10 when at least 2 turns for every equestrian is taken up by simply getting there. Also, seeing as none of the equestrians were in Whitetail Wood at the time, and it takes them 2 full turns to reach the ritual site, it leaves much less time for any form of organized encounter to take place and for the Equestrians to stand much of a chance as equals against the Cultists. I'm not asking that the mechanics of the thread be changed, but just look at them in a different perspective.
