After reading the rules you will know that you're going to need to make an original character pony. A pony of your own design and specifications. The sheet for making that pony is found below. When coming up with your character, everyone here on Celestial Divide has a very honed Mary Sue sense, so If we notice anything about your character that could be considered "Sue'ish" We'll let you know. A Mary Sue is a character that is perfect, too powerful, or has no flaws.

We're a bit strict on new ponies, because we want to keep a balance in the world. You can't automatically be an Alicorn. Alicorn Original characters are automatically Mary sues. Make an Earth Pony, A Pegasus, or A Unicorn.

Your Pegasus or Unicorn can't be faster than Rainbow Dash, or better at Magic than Twilight Sparkle. If you make a character who can also do a Sonic Rainboom you're a Mary sue. If you make a character better at Magic than Twilight Sparkle, you're a sue.

Unicorns are limited to powers which tie into their special talent. Expanding and making your character a manifestation of unicorn magic is pushing Mary sue levels, so you should keep that in mind.

This board was established so people who enjoy roleplaying and pony could spend time with people who liked the same things. You should let your enthusiasm show while you roleplay, It will show you really care about your pony and the community.
