Sylvia listened, trying to take in this information. She looked down at the ground and sighed, "It sounds like a fascinating trait but.." She looked Sandro in the eye, "I...I don't think I'm the type to be able to do such talking. I'm not very well-versed in matters of this world, so being a diplomat, it...it seems like it would be very difficult for me." She tried being as polite as possible, curling her tail around her claws nervously.
"I...I'm sorry, perhaps it's too bold of me, but I don't think I'll be able to do such a task. I understand how useful it would be, but part of me wants to be free, to explore and make new friends, help anyone who needs it. I'm better with actions, not words, unfortunately." The dragon gave the griffon a meek smile. "I...I hope you understand."

Sandro smiled, "Giving up so soon?" He asked, "Very well, I'll be the last to hold you back. You've already helped us more than you can imagine." The griffon said, though he kept a very pleasant visage, he seemed to have lost the bounce in his step and suddenly looked quite older than before. He gestured towards the large doors to the halls, "You know where the exit is. It was a pleasure meeting you Sylvia. But remember, you are not to speak of us, what we do, or where we are. As much as I'd rather not have to say this, we would know if you did and we would have no choice but to stop you, as unpleasant as such a scenario would be." At that, he turned and walked away, he really was too kind, if Tempest found out about this, it would most certainly be unpleasant for him. But as it was, he could never keep a free spirit like that locked down on a path she didn't want. He could only hope she would be smart enough to leave the Griffon Kingdom as soon as possible.

Sylvia blinked, and then frowned. They didn't want her around? She looked at the room that had been her home for the last few days and sighed. She didn't mean to offend them, nor did she mean to just up and leave. She thought maybe she would be of some use to them other than diplomacy, but with a sigh, she grabbed her satchel that contained the puzzle piece, slinging it over her shoulder.
"I'm sorry I couldn't be of much help." She murmured. She didn't say another word as she strode past the griffon, her tail low to the ground. She wasn't sure where she was going to go, but that's what she wanted, wasn't it? To explore and learn about all the different kingdoms and races, not just her own? To face danger and do things at her own pace? She didn't even know anymore as she made her way through the doors, feeling the fresh air strike her scales. She didn't even know if she should say goodbye or not. As a tear rolled down her scaly cheek she took off into the air, flying away from the small kingdom and vanishing into the clouds above.
